Mackenzie’s 5k for Crohn’s Disease

This is where you sign up for the 5k! A 5k is approximately 3.1 miles long and the route of the race will take you through historic downtown Sandwich and along scenic Shawme Pond.

Registration to run/walk is $25 per adult, less for students and children. If you have been invited to run as a member of a team, or if you would like to create a new team, you can do so on the Run/Walk Registration form. Thank you for joining me and my fight in trying to end Crohn’s Disease!

How much does it cost to register?

$25 per adult is requested. Children (10 and under) – $!5. Students: $20

Can I walk?

Yes, you can walk, run or do a combination of both. The important thing is that we are out here together making an effort to abolish Chrohn’s Disease!

Parking/Restrooms

There is free parking available throughout the Wing School lots and an overflow lot on the grounds! School restrooms will be available for use.

Is there an age limit?

Nope, all ages are welcome!

Will there be water available?

Yes, there will be water available at the start, along the course and at the finish lines!

Are run and walk times recorded?

There is a timing board displayed for your own personal use/view at the finish line! Listings for all racers are also posted at the race and online. You will receive an email with a link to the postings after the race.

Will I get a free t-shirt?
